Surface damage, permanent fire damage. Effect: a shape resembling a dragon's head emerges from the character, damaging those in a circular area. A useful skill in PVM, only limited by its long recharge time. In PVP it can also do a lot of damage, but is easy to dodge. It has an increased chance of setting an opponent on fire.
