Imperial Proclamation:

People of the Anathen Empire! Hear the proclamation of our illustrious Emperor YAL'RAHUN:With the arrival of the spring equinox, the days lengthen, nature, life, the era of light arrives, and the fields bloom. In this period, we have always celebrated the birth of the ancient goddess of fertility and rebirth, Osthare, the Spring Goddess. From ancient scrolls, we know that the Dragon God hid dragon eggs during his long wanderings in the world. One of the eggs lay hidden on the side of Osthar Mountain, concealed in the icy wind and snow for millennia. However, a stubborn and determined people, unafraid of hard work, settled beneath the mountain and tirelessly fought for survival day after day. Our wise Dragon God - for whom the virtues of this small people were very important - on the first day of spring, melted the glaciers on the slopes of Osthar Mountain with his hot breath. The dragon egg hidden deep within heated up, then cracked open, and Osthare, the Spring Goddess, was born. The Dragon God entrusted the young and beautiful goddess with a serious task. It became her responsibility every spring to bring life back from its winter slumber. Thus, under her caring hands, this people multiplied and strengthened, eventually populating the continent of Anathen. Since then, Osthare, the Spring Goddess, has been watching over our lives with a juniper branch in one hand and a dragon egg indicating her lineage in the other, ensuring the fertility of our lands and the growth of our people.

In these difficult, stormy times, let us not forget our sacred stories, let us pray to our Gods! Let us follow our sacred traditions, in the spirit of fertility, let us seek, collect, and give Dragon Eggs to our family members, friends!

If you want to join the Zorandor people who celebrate the ancient tradition, go to the Dragon Priest in the Rich Quarter to pick up the OSTHARE EVENT quest.
The NPC only gives quests appropriate for your level, and during the quest, you can obtain Fertility Dragon Eggs by defeating mobs on the appropriate level map. Mobs on smaller or larger maps will not drop any Dragon Eggs for you!
Collect 10 eggs, which you can exchange for Osthare's Chest from the Dragon Priest Osthare.
You can take and turn in the quest multiple times! It's not necessary to return and immediately exchange 10 eggs with the NPC character each time. You can return to the NPC with many eggs in your pouch, continuously take and turn in the quest, and thus convert your collection into chests. However, it is important that only mobs drop Dragon Eggs when the quest is definitely accepted! The quest scroll informs you on which map you need to collect the Dragon Eggs. The chest can be opened and closed with a right-click. If the chest has already been opened and you haven't taken everything out of it yet, it will be bound to your soul, and you cannot sell it anymore. You can only trade with a chest that has not been opened yet!
