Imperial Proclamation:

Citizens of the Anathen Empire! Hear the proclamation of our illustrious emperor, YAL'RAHUN:The danger in our Empire has grown, with demonic creatures seeking new ways to invade our territories. Therefore, the Chief Commander of the Imperial STRs has dispatched scouts throughout the Empire. The reports from the scouts should have arrived by now, but they have not. Citizens of my Empire! Citizens of Zorandor! My blood! I ask the bravest among you to join the army on a mission and collect the reports from the Imperial Scouts! The Event period is available for completing the mission. You can pick up and submit the task from the City Guard Commanders located in the Rich Quarter. The task can be completed once per character regardless of level. You can find the scouts in the following areas: Wolf Shaman Forest, Witch Queen's Domain, Cursed Warlord's Mountain, Demon Catacombs, Lost Empire, Land of the Dead, Minotaur King's Fortress, Spider's Stronghold, Naga Queen's Palace. The scouts are cautious soldiers who have ventured to places in the territories where you can reach them regardless of the level requirements of the area - if you navigate carefully among the enemies. During the mission, you will receive a special item, a travel pass, which allows you to travel for free through teleport gates during the Event period. During this time, the Teleporters will allow passage through the gates regardless of level. Once you have collected all reports, the City Guard Commander will give you the Scouts' Chest. The chest can be opened and closed with a right-click. The chest binds to your soul after opening, and it cannot be sold. Trading can only be done with chests that have not yet been opened! The Experience Multiplier, Gold Multiplier, and Thief's Gloves are available for 3 days from the moment they are placed in your inventory. If you do not activate them on your character within these 3 days, they will disappear from your inventory. The bonus lasts for 3 days from activation.
