Information:
Alternate drop means that any monster can drop objects with this label to anyone!

Some things only become an alternate drop after reaching a certain level.

Of course, as with any other item drop, there is a +20 -20 level, so if a monster is (more than) 20 levels higher or lower than the player, there is NO chance of a drop, it will not drop anything!

There are alternate drops that only come into play during an event.
