"Run as fast as the wind. Movement and spellcasting speed increases, can be used on a team." Effect: target's movement and spell speed increase by X percent. Useful ability, definitely worth developing. At high levels, it can be used to increase the magic speed to the point where you can cast (use) attacking skills without stopping.
